Actually, I love training! Lol and we have a great time in class at The Official Shaolin HKB HQ here in Fredericksburg. But, what I LIKE is the sentiment. Training is a journey and not all of it is easy and not all of it feels good, but it's always the things in Life we want to give up on that make the biggest breakthroughs for us. The worst feeling is plateauing, the best feeling is breaking through it to continue the Rise!!
