Great spring exercise ideas

If your new year’s resolution is to get fit and healthy in 2013, then look towards spring for some of the best exercise ideas. With the weather getting colder it may not be so easy to simply go for a jog, but we’ve put together some great hints and tips to help you shed those winter pounds. Tonight was my first night of the New Year teaching...it was awesome to be back. Big thanks to Suhu Hack for helping me instruct. A senior Leadership student, Bruce Miller, dropped by...man it was good to see him!...wishin' Bruce a speedy recovery. After class, we sat around joking for quite a while as Suhu Hack entertained us with his story of VA's traffic judicial system....just sitting around laughing and joking each other after class is easily one my favorite times...glad to be back! - Suhu Andrew
