These four go along with SO MANY recipes, you won't regret incorporating them into your weekly or monthly shopping list. I like to use lemon in my tea, especially when I'm not feeling well. Warm lemon water is a super cleanser. Avocado is an ancient medicinal food that has many ways of preparing it; guacamole is my fav. I like to boil fresh ginger and make my own home-brewed tea.
