Con il Manichino di Legno, che ci permette di esercitarci, colpendolo ripetutamente, oppure di eseguire correttamente varie mosse come anche di perfezionare il corretto posizionamento rispetto a un avversario e anche sviluppare la sensibilità alla resistenza, forza, coordinazione e altri importanti principi, certo, sono rimasto sorpreso, nel scoprire un uso nuovo, da aggiungere, alle motivazioni per cui é così importante, allenarsi con questo attrezzo, ed eccolo qua : E' l'uso come "ATTACCA PANNI", cosa ne pensate tutti voi, al riguardo? P.s. Scoperta fatta quando sono tornato a casa, la mia futura moglie, se ne é approfittata. As we all know the Wooden Dummy is a tool that, in the martial arts world, is especially used in the training of Wing Chun and other styles of Kung-Fu of Southern China. With the Wooden Dummy, which allows us to practice, hitting him repeatedly, or to properly perform various moves as well as to improve the correct position on an opponent and also develop sensitivity to the resistance, strength, coordination and other important principles, of course I was surprised in discovering a new use, to be added to the reasons why it is so important, training with this tool, and here he is, is the use as Clothes Atacks, what do you all think, to about it? P. S. Discovery made when I got home, my future wife, she has taken advantage on him.

Today was the last day of this month's ICP. We covered a lot of material. Today Suhu Ken and I worked on controlling and reacting through various gates using various drills. Because it was the next step in progression, neither one of us were very proficient at it. Hopefully, we'll be well prepared before the next ICP to demonstrate to Suhu Lin Xiang Fuk that we've been practicing hard. All my junior kung fu brothers and sister (Logan, Mark, Larry, Raphael) did an awesome job!

Looking forward for very exciting day tomorrow, starting working on the biggest HKB project in the last 3 years.

I think that's why human cultures always create occasions to give and receive gifts. Doesn't being able to give make life that much more enjoyable?

Suhu always told us, for as long as I have been studying (the years are piling on now lol) that our goal is not to win awards and such, but to bring the benefits to the lives of the people we touch everyday.
